This website is operated by Engelmann & Janssen Hotelexploitaties B.V. (trade name Singel Hotel). The purpose of this website is to provide our users with the possibility to get an impression of the Singel Hotel and book our hotel accommodation online. Although we do our utmost to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is comprehensive and free of errors, nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information.
2. Privacy
The Singel Hotel uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. We will not give your personal information to third parties under any circumstances. Please ask for our privacy policy for further information.
3. Credit card guarantee
The Singel Hotel requires credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. The credit card which you use must be of your own or has to be legally authorized by the owner. Your credit card information will be sent directly to the Singel Hotel. When you make a booking you will automatically enter into an agreement with the hotel you have chosen. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay for your stay at the hotel at check-in. The rates mentioned in this website are always per room per night including breakfast and V.A.T. and excluding 5 % city tax, unless mentioned otherwise.
Be assured that we take our responsibility regarding your credit card information very seriously. We use the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt your credit card details. Therefore we can guarantee that every transaction made is 100% safe and we will reimburse the first eur 50,00 should your credit card be misused or abused due to the Singel Hotel. The credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder.
4. Cancellation
Please follow the instructions in the "Cancellation" menu of this website in case you need to cancel your stay. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, the cancellation will be free of charge. We recommend you to read the cancellation policy of the hotel carefully:
Cancellation policy: Cancellation without charge is possible until 48 hours before the day of arrival. Please notice that the day of arrival starts at 0.00 a.m. local Amsterdam time. In case of No Show or late cancellation, the first night will be charged. The hotel will hold your room reservation until 7:00 a.m. on the day after your scheduled arrival.
