Credit card guarantee
The Singel Hotel Amsterdam requires credit card details in order to be able to guarantee your reservation. The credit card that you use must belong to you personally or you must be legally authorized to use it by the owner. Your credit card information is sent directly to the Singel Hotel Amsterdam. If you make a reservation, you are automatically entering into an agreement with the Singel Hotel Amsterdam. However, this does not apply to a non-refundable reservation. For this type of reservation, immediately after you make the reservation the payment is deducted from your credit card. It is not possible to make date changes or other changes on a non- refundable reservation. The rates mentioned on this website are always per room per night, including breakfast and VAT, and excluding 7 % city tax plus € 3,00 per person per night tourism fee, unless otherwise stated.
You can be assured that we take our responsibility very seriously with regard to your credit card information. We use the industry standard ‘Secure Socket Layer (SSL)’ technology in order to code your credit card details. This means that we can guarantee that every transaction carried out is 100% secure and, in the case of misuse on the part of the Singel Hotel Amsterdam, we will refund the first € 50. The credit card company is obliged to refund the remaining sum.
Please follow the instructions in the ‘Cancel’ menu of this website if you have to cancel your stay for a booked room with a flexible rate.
